Position Overview

DesignCase is seeking an Interior Designer with 2 - 4 years of professional experience, ideally with a strong background in hospitality design. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and collaborative.

This role offers the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities and contribute meaningfully across all phases of design and construction.

​

Responsibilities

  • Participate in design sessions

  • Prepare and present design concepts

  • Produce project documentation from concept through construction documents

  • Participate in construction administration, both in-office and on-site

  • Coordinate with consultants and external partners

  • Provide and receive technical guidance within the design team

  • Support marketing and business development efforts as needed

  • Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced studio environment

Qualifications

​

Required:

  • Degree in Interior Design or a related field from an accredited institution

  • Minimum of 2 years of full-time professional experience in a similar role, with recent hospitality project experience

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and proactively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
